In this chapter you will find the Learning & development toolkit. In the Learning & development strategy you find the strategy used in the Planet One project 2021-2024, which can act as an inspiration and guideline for developing your own strategy. In the Learning package you find presentations, recordings and other resources of various learning sessions organized within the project, and in the Local learning programs you will find information on how Bolygó and Ubunifu Hub organized their learning programs.

When Fryshuset and Greenpeace decided to collaborate in this project, one of the reason was for both organizations to learn each other’s expertise - Greenpeace to learn from Fryshuset about open and under-age operations and Fryshuset to learn about Greenpeace climate and environmental operations. This knowledge-sharing between the two partner organizations was considered as a ****base or ****the first level of the Learning & development strategy framework. The second level was the organic learning we automatically got from the team when working together in our daily operations of this project. The third level was the add-on of Learning & development opportunities, such as informal and formal trainings, that we offered the project staff since we found it valuable both for our operations and for the individual staff.
Outside of the Global Learning and development work, some of the makerspaces had their own Local learning programs.
