In this chapter you will find everything related to the Project organization. You will find the Organizational overview & partnerships, Project strategy, the Global, Local and Core team set-ups and role responsibilities, the Steering committees & decision-making set-up, templates for Budgets, what Digital tools were used, how we worked with Intersectionality and Impact monitoring & evaluation as well as a Contact list to all the makerspaces.

The Planet One project organization was an advanced set-up due to it being a global project with local components. The project included five different organizations - Fryshuset, Greenpeace Nordic, Greenpeace Central & Eastern Europe, Greenpeace Africa and Armenian Progressive Youth - and was run by a global team consisting of the Project manager (Fryshuset), the Learning manager (Greenpeace Nordic), the Global support & External activity coordinator (Greenpeace Nordic), the Head of Communications (Fryshuset) and two Communication Managers (Greenpeace Africa & Armenian Progressive Youth). At the local level, the makerspaces was run by a Local Coordinator and Youth team leaders.
